Heisey Glass - Narrow Flute pattern #393, Olive-Pickle Tray

An early Heisey item, part of the #393 line known as Narrow Flute, their reputation for quality glass grew from products such as this. Thick glass, having excellent clarity and bearing a pattern with sharp corners that mimic cut glass. It is prominently marked in the center with a highly raised Diamond H logo.
The clear glass tray measures 6-¾ inches long, 3-½ inches wide and 1-¼ high at the handles. No chips or cracks, although it does have a tiny rough spot on the top-outside rim that can be felt, but not easily seen. Two factory flaws: a rough 'straw mark' within the basin and one handle has an imperfection that appears as a ¼-inch long groove/split, but there is no actual gap.
